Powerful Inquiry via Drill Down Get answers to questions quickly from any perspective. While reviewing your financial statements you notice the balance sheet reflects a significant increase in the Accounts Receivable account, click on the number in question to reveal the customer invoices from which the increase originated. Click again to see the actual invoices indicating the goods and services being purchased. No matter what the question all of the information down to the last detail is at your fingertips.
Customer Activity Tracking Monthly summary information can be tracked for a customer including: number of sales, sales amount, payments received, trade discount given, terms discount taken, write-off and finance charges. Summary information is tracked for each customer including current balance, highest balance, last sale date/amount, and last payment date/amount. Aging by user defined aging periods always shows up to date amounts. Aging can be based on due date or transaction date.
Graphs of Customer Activity Real-time graphs makes it easy to see trends in your customer activity which helps you identify customer sales patterns.
Comprehensive Reporting A collection of 50+ reports can be used to extract information quickly. Modify existing reports or create new reports quickly.
Customer Maintenance Create new customer records faster by copying common field values from another customer or a template customer record. The customer record identifier can be up to 16 characters in length. Defaults can be assigned for each customer including: billing address, statement address, shipping addresses, payment terms, salesperson, trade discount %, credit limit, credit rating, finance charge, minimum payment, credit card information, G/L accounts, statement type, statement frequency, and many other attributes.
Sales Commission Tracking Assign up to 4 salespersons per customer. Sales commissions can be assigned per customer, per item, per item classification or based on user defined rules. Sales commissions can be transferred to Accounts Payable for independent salespeople or to Payroll for employees. Sales commission can be paid based on sales or when invoices are actually paid by customers. Track sales, commission and sales quota by salesperson and display the information in tabular form or as graphs.
Unlimited Account Distribution per Invoice Invoice entry allows an invoice amount to be split for distribution to an unlimited number of G/L accounts.
Cash Receipts

A/R Cash Receipt transaction can be used to receive funds from a customer in the form of a check, wire-transfer, credit card or currency. Customer receipts can be applied to specific outstanding transactions or automatically based on application rules. Multiple cash receipts can be grouped on a deposit ticket transaction to make it easy to reconcile with bank statement.

Cash Receipt Covering Payments for Multiple Customers When dealing with large customers with many locations it is not uncommon to receive a single check which covers invoices for multiple customers. The system can automatically split a single payment to cover invoices originally created for multiple customers.
Customer Refund Checks An A/R Check is used to issue a customer refund to offset a credit balance. A refund check can be applied to one or more credit transactions. Other systems require refund checks to be issued as miscellaneous checks or A/P checks then requiring manual adjustments in Accounts Receivable.
Finance Charges A Finance Charge transaction is used to account for interest charges on a customer's account.
Unlimited Addresses per Customer An unlimited number of addresses can be associated with each customer. Each customer can be assigned a default billing address, shipping address, and statement address. Default addresses can be overridden at the transaction level.
Notes and Attachments Store all customer related notes and document files such as contracts, letters, spreadsheets, pictures, scanned documents as attachments. All attachments are stored in the database for fast access.
Credit Cards The types of credit cards accepted from customers and default handling of credit card receipts is user definable.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Large volumes of sales invoices can be sent via the Electronic Data Interchange module.
Unlimited Transaction History All transactions entered in the system are available for review at any time, performance of the system is not effected by number of transactions.
Monthly Installments Payments Specify that payment of customer invoice is to be done in multiple installments. This capability is very useful in industries where installment payments are commonly used. Each installment appears separately with the correct due date when reviewing aging reports.
Merge Customers Combines all current and past activity of one customer with another customer. Can be used when two existing customer companies merge or when a duplicate customer is found after transactions have already been entered.
No Month End or Year End Closing Process Transactions can be entered for any period in any year which has not been locked. Periods can be locked or unlocked at any time.
Cash Manager Reconciliation All bank related transactions automatically appear in Cash Manager module for account reconciliation purposes. Multiple checks deposited at one time are grouped together on a deposit ticket transaction to appear as a single amount for easy reconciliation. 
Real-Time Integration View a list of all outstanding transactions for a customer regardless of the application component in which the transaction originated. The user can drill-down to the original source document. Transaction payment terms can be modified after posting.
